Job summary

Western & Southern Financial Group is seeking a Treasury Analyst to manage daily cash positions across multiple companies and portfolios. You will analyze inflows and outflows, reconcile bank activity, and coordinate transfers to optimize investment returns under tight deadlines.

You will use treasury workstations and bank systems to gather data, verify trades, and communicate results to Treasury leadership. Strong analytical, multitasking and communication skills are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Experience in banking and finance preferred
• In-depth experience with Treasury Workstations, Bank Software and Investment Systems
• Demonstrated sense of urgency and strong analytical skills
• Proven multitasking with strong prioritizing skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Analyze cash flows to determine current day cash position for assigned companies.
• Communicate cash position information to FWIA within tight deadlines.
• Assess daily cash positions for non-life companies and decide on money market actions.
• Coordinate fund transfers for subsidiaries within the enterprise.
• Verify short-term trades and report status of pending trades.
• Identify unauthorized debits and advise on reversal actions.
• Review bank account analyses and identify opportunities to reduce bank fees.
