Job summary

Top Tier Resources seeks a Treasury Manager to oversee cash management, banking relationships, credit evaluation, and working capital initiatives in a fast-paced environment. You will lead daily treasury operations and drive process improvements to optimize liquidity.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with 6+ years in finance, including 2+ years in treasury, and proficiency in ERP and Excel. CPA/CTP preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 6+ years in accounting/finance with at least 2+ years in treasury management.
• Experience with data-driven decision making and process improvements.
• Experience building relationships with financial institutions.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, banking platforms, and treasury resources.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• CTP or CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate daily treasury operations.
• Manage credit evaluation to set credit limits and reduce risk while accelerating collections.
• Drive process improvements and treasury best practices to optimize cash flow visibility.
• Manage banking relationships, including account administration, structure, service model, and signatory management.
• Collaborate on capital policies, accounting methods, cash flow, and projections for liquidity.
• Develop and advance cash flow forecast and analysis.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and accounting to implement best practices.
