Job summary

TAKKION in Denver, Colorado is seeking a Treasury Analyst to support cash management, short-term forecasting, and bank-account administration. You will collaborate with Finance, Operations, and external banking partners to ensure liquidity, reporting accuracy, and strong treasury controls.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or a related field and at least two years in treasury or corporate finance, with proficiency in Excel and treasury software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 years’ experience in treasury, finance, accounting, banking, or a related corporate-finance function.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems, treasury-management systems, or banking platforms.
• Identify and manage potential conflicts and challenges; proactively handle problems before they arise.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash-positioning activities and support bank-account administration, including account maintenance, documentation, user access, and banking inquiries.
• Prepare and maintain short-term cash forecasts, including 13-week cash-flow models, to support liquidity planning and business decision-making.
• Support implementation and ongoing optimization of the Treasury Management System, including process design, testing, reporting, and documentation.
• Assist with debt-management activities, including administration of the revolving credit facility and monitoring third-party debt-compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams to support bank-payment processing, transaction troubleshooting, and related controls.
• Contribute to treasury-related ERP enhancement projects, including bank-statement reconciliation, accounts-receivable automation, and process-improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Operations and other internal stakeholders to address insurance, compliance, payment, and other treasury-related needs.
• Maintain accurate treasury records, support internal reporting requirements, and help ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and control standards.
