Qualifications

• University/college degree required with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Certifications often desired.
• Experience in analytics, reporting, and business insights is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead ad hoc analyses to address strategic questions and guide decisions.
• Support special projects across sales strategy, process optimization, and go-to-market alignment.
• Build and maintain reporting for TM Sales leadership.
• Develop executive-level presentation materials for leadership meetings and reviews.
• Define data collection, research, and reporting activities with clear recommendations.
