Job summary

American Family Insurance is seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to lead liquidity management, optimize cash, and manage banking relationships in a hybrid work environment. The role partners with stakeholders and financial institutions to implement treasury solutions and strengthen controls.

The candidate should have 3+ years in treasury or related finance, with experience in cash management and treasury systems. A finance degree and CTP are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of treasury, corporate finance, banking, or related financial management experience.
• Experience with cash management, liquidity planning, treasury operations, and banking relationship management.
• Experience implementing treasury systems, banking platforms, or process improvement initiatives.
• Exposure to debt management, capital markets, or risk management activities.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise cash positions and liquidity for operations and investments.
• Prepare daily cash position reporting and short-term cash forecasts.
• Execute wire transfers and treasury transactions per controls and policies.
• Support cash forecasting and evaluate liquidity needs with business units.
• Develop relationships with banking partners and manage accounts.
