American Family Insurance is seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to manage enterprise cash and liquidity, optimize treasury operations, and strengthen banking relationships. You will partner with stakeholders, banks, and financial institutions to implement treasury solutions that support growth and risk mitigation.

The role combines strategic analysis with hands-on execution, including system upgrades, process improvements, and comprehensive treasury reporting for executive leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of treasury, corporate finance, banking, or related financial management experience.
• Experience with cash management, liquidity planning, treasury operations, and banking relationships.
• Experience implementing treasury systems or process improvements is a plus.
• Exposure to debt management, capital markets, or risk management activities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor enterprise cash positions to ensure liquidity for operations and obligations.
• Prepare daily cash position reporting and short-term cash forecasts.
• Execute domestic and international wire transfers per controls.
• Support cash forecasting with business units to evaluate inflows and liquidity needs.
• Develop relationships with banking partners and manage bank accounts and platforms.
• Oversee treasury operations, including account balancing and fraud prevention alerts.
• Lead treasury projects, system upgrades, and automation initiatives.
• Provide treasury reporting and insights for leadership decisions.
