Job summary

Greco and Sons, Inc. is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to support strategies that drive profitability, efficiency, and cost reduction.

You will partner with leadership to deliver financial results through best practices in planning, analysis, and reporting within Operations. This role will lead the annual operating plan, deploy financial systems like NetSuite and BPC uploads for Sysco financials, and perform financial modeling and ad hoc analytics to support corporate decisions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of financial or business analytics experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• MBA or CPA preferred

Responsibilities

• Facilitate annual AOP process and tools
• Deploy NetSuite, tools, and processing across the organization
• Support monthly business review for corporate
• Financial modeling and ad hoc analytics
• Plan and accomplish BPC file uploads for Sysco financials
• Develop, and deploy tools and processes across the organization as business defines
• Perform other duties as assigned
