Job summary

Orion Services Group, headquartered in New York, NY, seeks a Treasury Analyst to manage cash forecasting, banking, and lender reporting across a growing network of operating companies. You will partner with OpCo finance leaders, Controllership, FP&A, and the deal team in a fast-paced, acquisitive environment.

The role offers a base salary with annual bonus potential and benefits, and requires a finance-related degree with 1–3 years' relevant experience. Hybrid work options may apply in NYC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 1–3 years of treasury, corporate finance, FP&A, or public accounting experience (internships ok).
• Strong Excel and data skills with an interest in building scalable models and using AI tools to automate work.
• Exposure to banking platforms and multi-entity ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run weekly and monthly cash forecasting cycles with operating companies.
• Develop group-level cash forecast and weekly cash report with FP&A.
• Monitor cash balances against targets and support weekly cash sweeps.
• Assist banking and payments workflows, including wire preparation and acquisition funding.
• Prepare quarterly lender reporting and track liquidity and debt payments.
• Collaborate with OpCos to improve working capital and implement best practices.
