Job summary

HD Supply seeks a Senior Manager, Supply Chain – Transportation & Delivery Strategic Initiatives to oversee a portfolio of enterprise-critical programs advancing transportation capabilities. This leader partners with senior transportation leadership to establish alignment, governance, and execution from ideation through sustainable delivery.

Responsibilities include developing multi-year roadmaps, building robust governance, and delivering measurable business, service, safety, and productivity

Qualifications

• 5+ strong project/program management experience across supply chain or transportation initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive complex programs end-to-end.
• Experience with governance, risk management, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Direct a portfolio of transportation and supply chain initiatives from ideation to post-implementation review.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate strategy into multi-year roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Establish governance, charters, schedules, risk mitigation, and executive dashboards.
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies to maintain momentum and alignment.
• Build business cases tying program deliverables to financial and service metrics.
• Apply data analytics to diagnose bottlenecks and prioritize scalable improvements.
• Lead change management and operational readiness to embed new processes.
