Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Analytics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in transportation planning, logistics, supply chain, or project management.
• 1–3 years of experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, or data analytics.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and data analysis tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Capacity Planning & Forecasting: forecast demand, analyze historical data, and develop capacity plans.
• Collaborate with carriers and operations teams to ensure equipment and driver availability.
• Create reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs such as utilization and cost-per-mile.
• Communicate capacity plans and project updates to leadership.
• Identify capacity constraints and propose solutions like engaging new carriers or optimizing routes.
• Develop contingency plans for peak seasons and disruptions.
