You will source and manage a network of third-party carriers, negotiate rates, and optimize load assignments to support operations and customer satisfaction. The role requires data analysis to forecast capacity, anticipate seasonal demand, and maintain accurate records in the Transportation Management System (TMS).

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in transportation planning, carrier procurement, or logistics operations.
• Understanding of freight markets and carrier operations.
• Familiar with TMS and ERP platforms.
