Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Program Manager to join its Business Transformation team in Davidson, NC on a hybrid 3x per week schedule. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, partner with senior executives, and drive alignment across multiple operations.

You will create and manage execution plans, identify gaps, and act as a liaison to ensure adoption of standardized processes. This W2 contract offers exposure to enterprise-wide business outcomes and a fast-paced transformation environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management, business transformation, process improvement, or related experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven experience working directly with senior executives and influencing stakeholders across multiple business functions without direct authority.
• Strong background in business process mapping, process optimization, and organizational alignment initiatives.
• Experience leading change management efforts; Prosci certification or similar change management experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a strategic cross-functional initiative spanning multiple business functions, facilitating alignment and execution across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Partner with senior executives, business leaders, suppliers, and operational teams to understand current-state processes and establish a unified path forward.
• Create and manage cross-functional execution plans, ensuring teams remain aligned on objectives, priorities, responsibilities, and timelines.
• Identify process inefficiencies, ownership gaps, and areas of misalignment while driving consensus on standardized business processes.
• Serve as a liaison between business functions to facilitate decision-making, resolve challenges, and support successful adoption of new processes and ways of working.
