You will own end-to-end delivery of strategic projects, collaborating across IT, Sales, Operations, Finance, and other partners.

You will be responsible for developing strategies for growth and profitability, mentoring analysts, and driving cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience performing analysis.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in quantitative field or MBA with quantitative concentration.
• 2+ years of experience in financial services.
• 1+ year of experience in consulting.
• 2+ years of experience in people management.

Responsibilities

• Develop business strategies to drive growth, profitability, and competitive advantage for Capital One.
• May manage and develop 1-2 analysts; coaching and mentoring associates.
• Lead product pricing strategies for lending products; lead product-level modeling/analytics.
• Lead direct-to-consumer marketing efforts for select products and strategic intents for retail channels.
• Drive credit risk improvements by connecting drivers of future trends to historical behavior and testing hypotheses.
