Schonfeld Strategic Advisors is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for corporate strategy and transformation based in our New York City office. You will lead cross-functional initiatives across investment, operating and management company platforms, partnering with the COO and CTO to frame problems and drive actionable roadmaps.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of strategic planning or management consulting experience, strong analytical skills with large data sets and data visualization

Qualifications

• Familiarity with hedge fund operating model and the Front/Middle/Back-Office interactions.
• 3-5 years' experience in strategic planning, business transformation, or management consulting.
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience handling large datasets and data visualization tools.
• Structured problem-solving, attention to detail and intellectual curiosity.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, orchestration, and delivery of key initiatives across the organization.
• Ensure transparency and alignment between business stakeholders, technology partners, and senior leaders to frame problems and transform to roadmaps.
• Connect business strategy across Front, Middle, and Back Office and influence future-state operating models.
