Job summary

Fifth Third Bank is seeking a Business Transformation Manager in Cincinnati, OH to partner with senior leaders across Operations, IT, and Lines of Business. You will drive strategic initiatives, manage workstreams, and track outcomes to deliver measurable value and improved customer experience.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), 5–8 years in transformation or related fields, and strong communication with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in transformation, operations, or strategic initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to present to mid- to senior-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to define initiative scope, objectives, timelines, risks, and resources.
• Manage day-to-day execution of assigned transformation workstreams to meet milestones.
• Track, analyze, and report on business outcomes, value realization, risks, and issues.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and change-management activities to enable adoption of new capabilities.
