University of Miami is seeking a Strategy & Transformation Associate to join the on-site team in Miami. The role drives analytics, financial modeling, and presentation development to support enterprise strategy and transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience, with strong analytical and communication skills and experience in consulting or investment banking preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Learning agility and adaptability to changing priorities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Proficiency with office software and data tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Consulting and/or investment banking experience preferred.
Ability to analyze multiple large and complex financial, operational, and strategic data sets.
Excellent quantitative and qualitative assessment skills.
Excellent presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Acts as a strategic consultant/advisor for the broader UM/UHealth enterprise.
Supports, leads, and influences strategic projects and initiatives.
Manages multiple work streams efficiently and develops strategic objectives and metrics.
Develops frameworks and conducts analysis to support strategy and transformation.
Synthesizes analytics into presentation-ready documents and presents findings to leadership.
Builds relationships across the organization and communicates insights to stakeholders.
Utilizes tools to gather, analyze, and visualize data.
Supervises interns and adheres to policies.
