Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and drafting a wide range of transactions including mergers and acquisitions and strategic investments.
• Perform complex due diligence and support portfolio transactions and licensing/partnership agreements.
• Counsel business groups and coordinate with outside counsel as needed.
• Implement and monitor repeatable processes for transactional work.
