Qualifications

Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of transactional documents.
Conduct comprehensive diligence reviews of contracts and corporate documents.
Assist in structuring and executing complex corporate transactions.
Perform legal research and provide strategic advice to clients.
Collaborate with internal and external teams for successful execution.
Manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail.
Delegate work to paralegals and legal assistants.
