Job summary

ACT1 Federal LLC is seeking a seasoned Program Analyst to provide program-management, research, and executive-support services for STAC and BOND initiatives within the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Navy for the Defense Industrial Base.

The role requires 8+ years of experience in program analysis and strong ability to coordinate among government, industry, and interagency stakeholders while managing sensitive information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related discipline.
• 8+ years’ experience in program analysis, coordination, or defense acquisition support.
• Ability to manage complex projects, workstreams, schedules, and risks.

Responsibilities

• Provide program-management, research, analytical, coordination, and executive-support services for STAC and BOND initiatives.
• Support planning, tracking, documentation, and reporting for complex Government-directed workstreams.
• Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, trackers, risk registers, and stakeholder maps.
• Prepare executive briefing materials, read-ahead packages, and decision-support materials for Government review.
• Conduct research related to defense-industrial-base priorities, private-sector models, and partnerships.
• Maintain records of task assignments, milestones, and coordination requirements.
