Job summary

• J.D. from an accredited law school and bar admission in at least one state.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills essential.
• Ability to work independently and in a team on complex transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day legal support for ExxonMobil business units and build relationships with business leaders.
• Lead and support a range of commercial transactions including joint ventures and acquisitions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements and project contracts.
• Conduct research and provide counsel to mitigate legal risks for the business.
• Collaborate with internal teams and interface with outside counsel as needed.
• Support compliance and regulatory considerations in transactional matters.
