Job summary

Prolec-GE Waukesha, Inc. is seeking a Training Leader to direct the site’s training and workforce development strategy, ensuring employees possess the necessary skills, certifications, and knowledge for safe and efficient operation.

You will partner with Operations, EHS, Quality, Engineering, and HR to design programs supporting production goals, compliance, and employee growth. You will lead onboarding, technical and leadership training, certification processes, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years in Training/LD or HR in manufacturing.
• Experience facilitating technical/operational training; strong instructional design and adult learning knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the site's annual training strategy.
• Supervise training coordinators and instructors.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps across functions.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and monitor effectiveness.
• Manage LMS, track completion and certifications.
• Collaborate with operations, EHS, quality, and engineering on programs.
• Ensure compliance training including safety and regulatory requirements.
