Job summary

Bloomberg seeks a Training Specialist in New York within the Financial Solutions Knowledge Group to design and deliver large-scale trainings for the regional sales and client service teams. Trainings may be in-person or remote, live or on-demand, and tracked in a sophisticated LMS.

You will develop materials, enrollment processes, and measurement methods to ensure programs drive business impact. You will collaborate with stakeholders to align training with strategy, incorporate market trends,

Qualifications

3+ years in customer support or sales environments.
Ability to investigate, understand and improve complex processes.
Deep knowledge of Enterprise Sales processes and client workflows.
Familiarity with LMS, file sharing systems, and basic video editing.

Responsibilities

Propose ad-hoc trainings as business solutions.
Define and design programs aligned with department strategy and measurable impact.
Incorporate industry trends in class design.
Develop methods to measure training success and collect feedback.
Create resources, enrollment processes, and comms around each program.
Manage training calendar and coordinate logistics end-to-end.
