• Oversees and participates in the design, development, implementation and evaluation of strategic and operational training plans.
• Plans and directs the delivery of training curricula by researching potential faculty; marketing the training program and selecting participants; directing and facilitating program delivery.
• May instruct a portion of the program and provides training support across NIC divisions (Academy, Jails, Prisons, Community Services).
