Job summary

Lactalis US Yogurt, Inc. in Bedford, NH is seeking a Trade Management Analyst for the Food Service channel. You will handle trade claims, deductions, AR issues, and pricing programs to ensure contractual compliance and timely collections.

Join a team partnering with Sales, Finance and Supply Chain to optimize trade spend and customer relations. Prior Food Service AR experience and advanced Excel skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, finance or related field.
• 3+ years in accounts receivable, trade management and/or collection with contract compliance.
• Experience supporting food service, distributors, hospitality or food and beverage channels.
• Advanced Excel required; SAP and trade systems experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and resolve trade claims, deductions and AR issues for food service customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Pricing and Supply Chain to ensure price accuracy and contract compliance.
• Validate deductions, manage cash application and aging for assigned accounts.
• Coordinate with brokers and field teams on pricing, rebates, and promotional programs.
• Maintain internal controls and financial integrity over trade management processes.
• Run open aging and support contract/program compliance for operators, distributors and GPOs.
• Ensure timely remittance and reconciliation of payables against trade deals.
