Job summary

Google is seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager for Network Delivery Operations across Atlanta, GA and additional U.S. locations. You will own complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects, plan requirements with internal customers, and guide projects through schedules and risk management.

You’ll communicate insights to executives and discuss trade-offs with engineers. Using deep technical and leadership expertise, you will manage Engineering programs and teams, focusing on data pipelines,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program management.
• 5 years of experience in a leadership role with/without direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines and an industry-standard data model.
• Create and drive robust data governance policies for security, integrity and availability.
• Lead strategic initiatives, producing actionable insights and cross-functional solutions.
• Lead cross-functional stakeholders to agree on data architecture standards and KPI definitions.
• Provide data engineering leadership and drive vendor management strategy and performance oversight.
