Job summary

Google is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager II to lead Foundational Enterprise Architecture Capabilities across multiple U.S. locations, including Austin and New York. You will own architectural foundations, establish a centralized repository, drive portfolio rationalization, and shape governance through an EA Toolkit.

You will partner with executive-level leaders, co-author blueprints, and guide strategic decisions to scale enterprise capabilities across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in program management.
• 8 years of experience leading cross-functional architectural initiatives or aligning multiple business pillars.
• Experience designing and establishing an Enterprise Architecture Repository (e.g., LeanIX) and defining current/future state architectures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated primary architecture contact for one or more corporate engineering pillars and co-author technical blueprints.
• Establish a centralized architecture repository to map, maintain, and govern the technology landscape and unify current and future state architectures.
• Lead application rationalization and portfolio strategies to identify duplicates and manage cross-pillar dependencies.
• Define and drive the Enterprise Architecture Toolkit, standards, patterns, and approved technologies to support strategic decision-making.
