Job summary

Project Management Institute is seeking a senior professional to lead the Thought Leadership production process from initiation through publication across research, content, and engagement. You’ll stand up project documents, build schedules, run team meetings, and coordinate contributors to deliver on plan.

This hands-on role requires managing multiple initiatives, surfacing risks early, and maintaining a predictable portfolio rhythm while working across functions and ensuring high-quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, PM, communications or related field.
• 7+ years of project or program management experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing content, editorial, research, or campaign production from initiation through publication.
• Experience holding delivery accountability across contributors not directly managed.
• Experience developing project charters, schedules, and risk/issue logs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Thought Leadership production process from initiation through publication across research, content, and engagement.
• Stand up project documents, build and maintain schedules, run project team meetings.
• Coordinate contributors and manage delivery to plan with early risk surfacing.
• Ensure the portfolio operates to a predictable rhythm and leadership has accurate status.
