• Lead the planning, budgeting, and monitoring of technology operations programs to align with organizational goals.
• Develop and manage integrated program plans with defined scope, milestones, and baselines across projects.
• Analyze financial and operational data to forecast risks, optimize resource allocation, and project ROI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technology strategies and drive deliverables.
• Implement program monitoring tools and processes to track progress and trigger corrective actions.
