Responsibilities

• Implement strategies to develop intellectual property portfolios and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Portfolio management for Penn State inventions, including outreach to new inventors and triage of disclosures.
• Generate content to engage inventors and industry liaisons and advance licensable technologies.
• Translate technical information into business development materials and build long-term relationships with licensors.
• Liaise with innovators and licensees on intellectual property and business development matters.
• Assist with identifying licensing opportunities and support negotiation and execution of license agreements.
