Job summary

RITALKA, Inc. seeks a Director of Technology to provide leadership and strategic direction for all information technology and information systems across its locations. This role ensures infrastructure, applications, and data security support business growth and digital transformation.

You will guide IT governance, budget, vendor negotiations, and team development, partnering with executives to align technology initiatives with organizational goals. Manufacturing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in CS, IS, or related field; master preferred
• 8+ years progressive IT experience; 3+ years in leadership
• Manufacturing/industrial experience preferred
• Ability to translate business needs into technology strategy

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute technology strategy aligned with business goals
• Lead IT governance, security, compliance, and operations
• Oversee enterprise systems, infrastructure, and cybersecurity
