The role requires building a high-performing team and aligning technology with growth goals. You will drive digital transformation while safeguarding data and enabling operational excellence.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in IT with leadership experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting, and a strong background in cybersecurity and enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive IT experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the technology strategy to align with business objectives.
