Job summary

Silfex Inc., A Lam Research Company is seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Training to design and execute training strategies that rapidly scale the Operations workforce in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with HR and IT on content and infrastructure, and develop certification programs across value streams and cells.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of management experience in manufacturing.
• MBA or related master’s degree preferred for Strategic training leadership.
• Experience developing and administering training in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and ISO/quality standards is a plus.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to enable rapid scaling of the operations workforce.
• Direct the design and deployment of training programs across the Operations function.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and value streams to ensure scalable training infrastructure.
• Manage calendars, milestones, and certification programs across plants.
• Coach and certify trainers; ensure ISO/quality compliance in training docs.
