Responsibilities

• Manage technical projects from initiation to completion, including planning and transition to steady state support.
• Coordinate schedules, milestones, dependencies, owners, and deliverables to maintain momentum.
• Collaborate with Service Account Managers, Sales, Solution Architects, engineering, and operations to align scope and handoffs.
• Facilitate client meetings, prepare agendas, capture decisions, track actions, and drive renewal of follow-ups.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risk logs, and closeout materials.
• Communicate status, risks, blockers, and timeline impacts clearly to stakeholders.
• Review inputs like statements of work and design documents to align customer expectations.
