Identify risks, resolve dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.
Conduct steering committee meetings, executive reviews, and stakeholder status updates.
Establish governance frameworks, reporting standards, and delivery metrics.
Ensure projects remain aligned with business priorities and organizational goals.
Manage scope changes and communicate program impacts to stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement across program execution and delivery processes.
