Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years in project or program management.
• Experience managing enterprise technology initiatives.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, MS Project and Smartsheet.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall and hybrid delivery.
• Experience with SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD processes.
• Bachelor's degree in related field; PMI/CSM a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution and delivery of complex technology programs.
• Define program objectives, scope, timelines, milestones and success criteria.
• Coordinate project managers, engineering teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Monitor program progress, budgets, resource utilization and delivery commitments.
• Identify risks, resolve dependencies and implement mitigation strategies.
• Conduct steering committee meetings, executive reviews and stakeholder updates.
• Establish governance frameworks, reporting standards and delivery metrics.
• Ensure projects align with business priorities and goals.
• Manage scope changes and communicate program impacts.
• Drive continuous improvement across program execution and delivery processes.
