Job summary

Ramboll US Corporation is seeking a Technical Program Manager with a strong background in engineering and project management. The role involves planning, organizing and monitoring programs, coordinating with clients and cross-functional teams, and developing roadmaps to connect projects into a broader program across sites.

You will manage project performance, report progress to Delivery and Project Managers, and support senior management with business development activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent; PMP or equivalent training encouraged.
• 7+ years of experience in electrical/mechanical/controls engineering, energy services, plant operations, or related fields.
• Experience managing engineering projects and coordinating with general contractors.
• Knowledge of major regulations, industry codes and standards; proficient in MS Project.
• Qualified to obtain PMP and Cx certifications.

Responsibilities

• Planning, organizing, and monitoring projects and programs.
• Creating tactical plans and reporting progress.
• Direct interaction with clients to determine on-site escalation processes.
• Managing cross-functional and interdisciplinary teams with clear objectives.
• Developing a roadmap connecting projects to a program across sites.
• Assessing program performance and reporting to Delivery Managers and Project Managers.
• Supporting senior management with business development activities.
