Job summary

BayOne is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional programs from concept through launch. You will drive the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) with engineering, product, UX, research, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality products on time and at scale.

The role requires 5+ years in Technical Program Management, strong Agile experience, and excellent communication. You will report on program health and coordinate launches across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Technical Program Management experience supporting software, platform, or technology product development.
• Strong experience managing programs through the full Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC).
• Experience collaborating with software engineering, product management, design, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple dependencies and priorities.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid development methodologies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end program execution across the PDLC from requirements gathering to launch.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, UX, Research, and business stakeholders to define scope and timelines.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, risks, and dependencies.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and ensure alignment across teams.
• Identify risks and blockers and implement mitigation strategies.
• Improve program management processes and operational excellence practices.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced, agile environments.
• Provide executive-level status updates and reporting.
• Coordinate product launches and readiness across technical and business teams.
• Drive continuous improvement to optimize development workflows.
