Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans with technical requirements, resources, and timelines for on-time delivery of technology solutions.
• Use enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate program planning and risk synthesis, validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity requirements.
• Identify and mitigate risks, addressing roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain momentum.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for program governance and reporting with human review.
• Utilize advanced analytical reasoning to assess program performance and implement data-driven optimizations.
• Champion the adoption of agile methodologies and technical solutions to foster learning and innovation within the team.
