Job summary

Milestone Technologies, Inc. in Orlando seeks a Senior Technical Project Manager to coordinate a set of related projects, manage interdependencies, and apply PM principles to scope, schedule and cost. You will partner with cross-discipline teams and leaders to align with business goals and budgets.

You will drive delivery through the full lifecycle, refine processes, and lead governance for programs, ensuring successful outcomes with robust ROI and infrastructure support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical project/program management with enterprise teams.
• Cloud, APIs, services, databases, SDLC, architecture awareness.
• Influence, negotiation, communication, stakeholder management.
• Hands-on with Agile, Lean, Kanban, Waterfall blending.
• Deep Agile/DevOps and testing concepts (CI/CD, TDD).
• Experience coaching teams in project management practices.
• Strong understanding of architectural/technical aspects.
• Experience managing large project budgets.
• Proficient with tools like Microsoft Suite, Smartsheet, Tableau, Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Drives execution and delivery of technical projects through full lifecycle.
• Collaborates with engineers, PMs, Architects, and leadership to establish processes.
• Defines and optimizes Agile ceremonies for large teams.
• Manages hardware/software procurement for projects.
• Develops program plans with multiple PMs across parallel projects.
• Monitors and adjusts plans to meet business goals.
• Creates governance and provides senior leadership oversight.
• Implements fiscal controls and reports ROI.
• Develops infrastructure to support the program.
