Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or a related role.
• Experience delivering software products in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and product management methodologies.
• Experience managing product backlogs and writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to balance business priorities, customer needs, and technical considerations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and engineering teams to gather, refine, and prioritize requirements.
• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring stories are clearly defined and ready for development.
• Translate requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications.
• Work with Engineering, UX/UI, Architecture, and Business teams throughout the lifecycle.
• Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies to ensure delivery.
• Analyze market trends, feedback, and KPIs to inform product decisions.
• Advocate for customer-centric design and functionality.
• Track outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Communicate updates, priorities, risks, and progress to leadership.
• Support and mentor junior Product Owners and contribute to best practices.
