Job summary

B&H is seeking a Technical Project Manager in New York to oversee a portfolio of software projects, coordinating business, technology teams and vendors to deliver solutions that align with strategic goals.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and experience with enterprise IT programs, including cross-functional collaboration and complex integrations. This position is based in NYC and focuses on on-site delivery and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT or Management.
• Experience with large software implementations (ERP, WMS, OMS, POS, e-commerce).
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
• Ability to work cohesively in a team or independently.
• Detail-oriented, self-organized, and quality-focused.
• Experience with building project roadmaps and resource planning across teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage all sizes of projects, including large software implementations and lead software engineering activities.
• Provide day-to-day leadership to analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement legacy solutions.
• Manage portfolio planning and prioritization with business executives.
• Coordinate IS project teams to ensure requirements are incorporated into design specs and data transfers.
• Monitor scope, schedule, and financials to keep projects on track.
• Act as primary contact for business and operational aspects; build strong relationships.
• Facilitate regular status meetings with sponsors and stakeholders.
• Assist IS team in requirements, design, testing and UAT deliveries.
• Identify and solve complex business problems across areas of responsibility.
• Conduct business requirements gathering and To-Be state design workshops.
