Job summary

HCLTech is seeking a Technical Project Manager in Phoenix, AZ to lead complex enterprise initiatives across TRIS and Enterprise Cloud teams. The role emphasizes strong execution, risk-informed decisions, and clear stakeholder communication.

The ideal candidate has experience guiding multi-team delivery using Agile, hybrid, or waterfall methods, with a Bachelor’s degree and relevant PM certifications. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related field or equivalent experience.
Project management certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe or similar) are a plus.
Experience managing complex technical projects in an enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of special projects and Enterprise Top Programs (ETPs) for TRIS teams with alignment to strategic objectives, timelines and quality.
Coordinate delivery across Engineering, Architecture, and Product stakeholders.
Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations; drive governance activities and status reporting.
Collaborate with TRIS and Enterprise Cloud teams to ensure cross-team collaboration and accountability.
Remove impediments and optimize delivery workflows to improve efficiency and outcomes.
Track progress and report against commitments; drive continuous improvement from lessons learned.
