Job summary

Littelfuse in Milpitas, CA is seeking a Senior Applications/System Engineer to lead strategy and execution in industrial applications including healthcare, robotics, and home automation.

You will own system‑level diagrams, drive go‑to‑market plans, and collaborate with Sales, PM, FAE, and Marketing to align with customer needs. Must have a BSEE and 5+ years of experience; travel 10–20%. Preferred locations Milpitas, CA, or Chicago, IL.

Qualifications

• BSEE or related field; Master’s or MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of application or system engineering experience.
• 5+ years in medical devices, industrial electronics, aeronautical electronics, or related semiconductor devices.
• Prior roles as marketing manager, product manager, or application engineer preferred.
• Global collaboration and cross‑functional leadership skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally (10–20%).
• Preferred locations: Milpitas, CA, and Chicago, IL.

Salary Range

$147,500 - $228,560
