Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 5+ years in program management or technical content.
• Strong cloud/enterprise software background (Azure, M365, Power Platform).
• Excellent communication; ability to explain complex concepts to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technical content roadmap aligned with product releases and customer needs.
• Identify gaps in documentation, learning modules, and technical collateral to improve adoption and satisfaction.
