Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field (Information Services, English, Communications, etc.).
• 7+ years of effective communication, organization and time management experience.
• Strong writing, editing and visual communication skills with adaptable style.
• Proficiency in process optimization and internal documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist PMO and client divisions with tasks and documentation for projects.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and manage project documentation.
• Develop dashboards and monitoring tools for users to track progress.
• Create print and digital collateral adhering to brand standards.
• Coordinate timelines, resources and workflows for on-time deliverables.
• Maintain client documentation repositories and governance.
