Qualifications

• Experience in contract management or related role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and adapt contract documents based on approved templates.
• Customize agreements reflecting customer requirements, including technical descriptions of products, applications, and deliverables.
• Define and align scope of work, responsibilities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Incorporate pricing, discounts, payment terms, warranties, penalties, and delivery terms.
• Collaborate with legal, sales, and engineering teams to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Identify and flag contractual risks or deviations from standard terms.
• Support negotiations by preparing contract revisions and clarifications.
• Maintain organized documentation and version control of all contracts.
