LE001 Automation Anywhere, Inc is seeking an exceptional Manager of Technical Accounting and Reporting to join our Accounting & Finance team as a strategic leader and subject matter expert.

The role focuses on policy evolution, technical accounting guidance, SOX controls, stock-based compensation, and IPO/SEC reporting, partnering with Product, Legal, Finance & Strategy to deliver precise disclosures and timely monthly closes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
• US CPA (highly preferred).
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with technical depth.
• Big4 audit/advisory experience preferred or equivalent exposure to complex accounting matters.
• Stock-based compensation expertise.
• Deep expertise in ASC606, ASC718, ASC805.
• Capital markets experience (IPOs, equity offerings, SEC reporting) preferred.
• Tech/SaaS industry background is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting policy evolution — adopt and implement new accounting standards, ensuring policies remain current and compliant.
• Drive technical excellence — partner with the accounting team and cross-functional leaders on complex transactions and product structures.
• Ensure compliance excellence — design and oversee an internal controls framework for accounting policies, focusing on SOX.
