Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of recruiting mid to high-level tech talent in competitive markets experience.
• Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience.
• 3+ years of specialized recruiting experience sourcing and hiring technical professionals in Software and Hardware Engineering domains.
• Ability to build and develop strong sourcing strategies through the use of various recruiting channels/platforms.
• Contact Management System/Applicant Tracking System experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidate.

Aufgaben

• Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of ROI.
• Recruit passive candidates and gauge candidate skill sets against open roles.
• Build and maintain network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
• Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that contribute to long-range growth, implementing new processes and fine-tuning standard recruiting processes.
