Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in indirect sourcing, procurement, category management, or a related field.
• Proven negotiation skills with a track record of achieving significant cost savings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage and interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic sourcing plans for designated categories, including SaaS licenses.
• Lead supplier selection, assessment, and contract negotiations.
• Deliver cost savings and spend under management, with process improvements to achieve goals.
• Evaluate supplier base and identify opportunities for RFx and rationalization.
• Collaborate with Sourcing peers to develop enterprise-level procurement solutions.
• Assist in short- and long-range planning and budgeting to support business goals.
