Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance and US citizenship.
• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of related experience; Master’s with 8+ years; PhD/JD with 5+ years.
• Strong leadership, problem identification/resolution, initiative, and ability to work with senior executives.
• Expertise in export control policies and best practices.
• Advanced knowledge in emerging technology, industrial policy, and international affairs (preferably all three).
• Knowledge of DoW acquisition processes, policies, and guidance.
• Analytic ability linking intelligence, acquisition, and technical information.
• Experience using large language models (LLMs) to assist in daily work.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Identify business relationships (contracts, licensing, board memberships) to analyze supply chains and DoW technology areas.
• Analyze traditional and non-traditional supply chains to identify threats, vulnerabilities, and opportunities for exploitation.
• Conduct business and social network analyses to illuminate networks and trends.
• Formulate risk mitigation strategies addressing technology and stakeholder interests.
• Produce analytical assessments for S&T PP and related programs, sometimes with short deadlines.
• Refine SOPs, guides, and templates for due diligence analyses across S&T PP programs.
